Information (GRAMA) Requests
A GRAMA request (Government Records Access and Management Act) allows you to request access to public records held by government agencies. Through a GRAMA request, you can view, copy, or receive information about government activities, decisions, and data, helping ensure transparency and accountability.
Vital records — such as birth and death certificates — are different from public records and are not available to everyone.

TriCounty Health Department invites the public to provide feedback on proposed policies, rules, projects, or plans before they are finalized. Public comment periods help ensure transparency, community input, and better decision-making by allowing stakeholders to voice concerns, ask questions, or support initiatives.
